SMTP service in Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional, and Exchange 2000 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via a command with a malformed data transfer (BDAT) request.
The product does not properly transfer a resource/behavior to another sphere, or improperly imports a resource/behavior from another sphere, in a manner that provides unintended control over that resource.
