ipdsserver.exe in Intermate WinIPDS 3.3 G52-33-021 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (CPU consumption) via short packets on TCP port 5001 with the 3, 5, 7, 13, 14, or 15 packet types.
The product receives input or data, but it does not validate or incorrectly validates that the input has the properties that are required to process the data safely and correctly.
