XTerm in Apple Mac OS X 10.4.11 and 10.5.6, when used with luit, creates tty devices with insecure world-writable permissions, which allows local users to write to the Xterm of another user.
The product specifies permissions for a security-critical resource in a way that allows that resource to be read or modified by unintended actors.
