librsvg before 2.40.12 allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop, stack consumption, and application crash) via cyclic references in an SVG document.
The product receives input or data, but it does not validate or incorrectly validates that the input has the properties that are required to process the data safely and correctly.
