A reflected Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in OcPortal 9.0.20 via the OCF_EMOTICON_CELL.tpl FIELD_NAME field to data/emoticons.php.
The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
