Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in phpMyAdmin 4.4.x before 4.4.15.6 and 4.6.x before 4.6.2 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via special characters that are mishandled during double URL decoding.
The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
