In SimpleRisk 20170614-001, a CSRF attack on reset.php (aka the Send Password Reset Email form) can insert XSS sequences via the user parameter.
The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
