PostgreSQL versions 8.4 - 9.6 are vulnerable to information leak in pg_user_mappings view which discloses foreign server passwords to any user having USAGE privilege on the associated foreign server.
The product transmits or stores authentication credentials, but it uses an insecure method that is susceptible to unauthorized interception and/or retrieval.
The product exposes sensitive information to an actor that is not explicitly authorized to have access to that information.
