An issue was discovered in SeaCMS 6.61. There is a CSRF vulnerability that can add a user account via adm1n/admin_manager.php?action=add.
The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
