A path traversal vulnerability was found in module static-resource-server 1.7.2 that allows unauthorized read access to any file on the server by appending slashes in the URL.
The product inappropriately exposes a directory listing with an index of all the resources located inside of the directory.
The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory.
