Multiple buffer overflow vulnerabilities have been found in Ken Silverman Build Engine 1. An attacker could craft a special map file to execute arbitrary code when the map file is loaded.
The product copies an input buffer to an output buffer without verifying that the size of the input buffer is less than the size of the output buffer, leading to a buffer overflow.
