Wind River VxWorks 6.9.4 and vx7 has a Buffer Overflow in the TCP component (issue 4 of 4). There is an IPNET security vulnerability: TCP Urgent Pointer state confusion due to race condition.
The product contains a concurrent code sequence that requires temporary, exclusive access to a shared resource, but a timing window exists in which the shared resource can be modified by another code sequence operating concurrently.
