CSRF in admin/manage-tickets.php in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows attackers to close any ticket, given the id, via a crafted request.
The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
