A missing file type check in Nextcloud Contacts 3.4.0 allows a malicious user to upload SVG files as PNG files to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
