A Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) in Chamilo LMS 1.11.14 allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands on victim hosts via user interaction with a crafted URL.
The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
