The issue was addressed with additional permissions checks. This issue is fixed in macOS Monterey 12.4, macOS Big Sur 11.6.6. A malicious application may be able to bypass Privacy preferences.
The product performs an authorization check when an actor attempts to access a resource or perform an action, but it does not correctly perform the check.
