An arbitrary file upload vulnerability in the background management module of RuoYi v4.7.3 and below allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted HTML file.
The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
