pfSense pfBlockerNG through 2.1.4_27 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands as root via the HTTP Host header, a different vulnerability than CVE-2022-31814.
The product constructs all or part of an OS command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended OS command when it is sent to a downstream component.
