ptp: unregister virtual clocks when unregistering physical clock.

Description

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ptp: unregister virtual clocks when unregistering physical clock. When unregistering a physical clock which has some virtual clocks, unregister the virtual clocks with it.
