Improper privilege management in Windows Secure Kernel Mode allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
The product does not properly assign, modify, track, or check privileges for an actor, creating an unintended sphere of control for that actor.
The product contains a concurrent code sequence that requires temporary, exclusive access to a shared resource, but a timing window exists in which the shared resource can be modified by another code sequence operating concurrently.
